Job summary

JobsinED Ltd is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for an outstanding primary school in Brent, starting in November. The role runs full-time until July 2027 and focuses on supporting students in EYFS and KS1 with autism and SEMH needs.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, delivering interventions in phonics, literacy and numeracy, while benefiting from mentoring from an experienced SEND team and a clear pathway into teacher training.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a psychology degree or equivalent.
• Interest in SEND and early years development.
• Willingness to support pupils with autism and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Support children with autism and SEMH on a 1:1 and small-group basis.
• Deliver targeted interventions across phonics, literacy and numeracy.
