Learning Strategist (044O5)

Location: United States

Position: Learning Strategist

At Percepta, we deliver first-class service across each market we support. As a Learning Strategist working remotely, you will be part of creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences while enjoying the unique culture of our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will play a crucial role in shaping our learning and knowledge initiatives, collaborating closely with the Head of Needs Assessment and global learning teams. Your main focus will be on strategic discovery, developing content initiation packages, guiding learning design, and creating knowledge products and operational procedures to support various departments, including operations, quality, IT, and mobilization teams, ensuring a holistic approach to learning and performance support.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Needs Assessment, SMEs, and KB teams to conduct needs assessments and Front End Analysis (FEA).
  2. Gather data on business metrics and performance obstacles.
  3. Identify opportunity areas and define skill-driven learning outcomes.
  4. Use backward design to map curriculum units, assessments, and instruction.
  5. Identify top call driver scenarios and content needs for knowledge base articles.
  6. Determine success measures and outline course and assessment designs.
  7. Research authoritative sources and collaborate with SMEs to create learning briefs.
  8. Document curriculum maps and recognize prior learning experiences.
  9. Apply Percepta’s Active Learning Design methodology.
  10. Assess the impact of new designs on existing learning products.
  11. Involve content specialists in content creation.
  12. Handoff findings and serve as a resource for full development of designs.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of instructional design or knowledge-centered services experience.
  • Over 6 years of project management and supervisory experience in a services environment, preferably outsourcing.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, including managing remote/global teams.
  • Strong business or technical writing skills.
  • Experience in automotive customer service/BPO is preferred.
  • Background in learning sciences is a plus.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, storyboarding, and authoring tools.
  • Strong time management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.
