What You’ll Be Doing

As a Learning Strategist at Percepta, you will shape our learning and knowledge initiatives, working closely with the Head of Needs Assessment and our global teams. Your main focus will be on strategic discovery, developing content initiation packages, guiding learning design, and creating knowledge products and operational procedures to support departments like operations, quality, IT, and mobilization, ensuring an integrated approach to learning and performance support.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Collaborate with the Head of Needs Assessment, SMEs, and KB teams to conduct needs assessments and Front End Analysis for learning design.
  • Gather data on business metrics and performance obstacles.
  • Identify opportunity areas and define learning outcomes.
  • Use backward design to map curriculum units, assessments, and instruction.
  • Identify top call driver scenarios and map out content needs for knowledge base articles and learning products.
  • Determine success measures and outline course, assignment, and assessment designs.
  • Research authoritative sources and collaborate with SMEs to create learning briefs.
  • Document curriculum maps highlighting key activities and recognize prior learning experiences.
  • Apply Percepta’s Active Learning Design methodology to guide learning approaches.
  • Assess the impact of new designs on existing products and involve content specialists in content creation.
  • Handoff findings and serve as a resource for full development of high-level designs.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 5 years in instructional design or knowledge-centered services.
  • Over 6 years in project management, business process, or supervisory roles in a service environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing remote/global teams and mentoring.
  • Strong business or technical writing skills, with automotive customer service/BPO experience preferred.
  • Background in learning sciences is a plus.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, communication, and proficiency with MS Office, storyboarding, and authoring tools.
  • Effective time management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and independence skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, remote, global environment.
