Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or education-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales/Product Enablement.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders.
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree in Instructional Design or related fields.
- Learning design or strategy experience in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces.
- Knowledge of Google ads product suite, promoter tools, and workflows.
- Excellent business acumen to inform curriculum development cycles with appropriate scope, anticipate resource needs, and adjust plans in real-time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, working cross-functionally on cross-product initiatives.

The Mastery Team develops and delivers product and skills training to Google sales and services teams, and external client and agency partners. We leverage learning best practices and Google’s business priorities to build effective learning experiences for our key audiences.
As a Learning Specialist, you will lead the planning, design, and implementation of enablement programs globally and across all sales/service channels for Google’s Workspace of product solutions. You will use data and design thinking to craft multi-modal learning experiences that drive business results. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, sales, service, marketing, enablement, and learning teams to ensure the success of learning solutions supporting front-line sales products and capabilities.
Your responsibilities include ensuring the effective rollout and execution of product and business knowledge programs worldwide, aligning with high-priority business objectives and supporting individual growth.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s Ads business runs smoothly, setting strategy and ensuring flawless execution. Our team is analytical, strategic, and pragmatic in execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location, with specific details shared during the hiring process. Compensation listed reflects base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are additional.
