Job summary

NBH Bank seeks a Learning Specialist I to consult with and support clients across the enterprise by conducting needs assessments and developing training resources with SMEs. The role includes delivering instructor-led, computer-based, and blended training, and evaluating learner outcomes to drive results.

Responsibilities also cover course registration, communicating offerings, reporting results, and maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years banking or related job experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required and will be verified.
• Minimum 3–5 years of banking or relevant job experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and partner with SMEs to create training programs and learning resources such as instructor-led, computer-based, blended learning, and job aids.
• Deliver and facilitate trainings and evaluate training effectiveness (levels 1–4).
• Handle course registration, communicate information about training courses and team offerings, and report training results.
