Job Title: Learning Specialist

Location(s):

White Plains, NY

Project Overview

This role will support full-time Client and Canals management in the design and development of digital and instructor-led training requested by various business needs.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

1. Design and develop blended training solutions using client-approved tools.
2. Utilize approved input software provided by client (Articulate content products) to develop content with subject matter experts.
3. Collaborate with client personnel to develop new interactions in existing courses.

Skills

1. Strong understanding of adult learning solutions.
2. At least 5 years of advanced experience with Articulate Studio, Rise, and/or Storyline products for digital training development.
3. Ability to work independently on projects and meet quality and timing requirements.
4. Experience in developing SMART learning objectives, editing, and content review.
5. Ability to develop audio scripts in collaboration with content owners.
6. Proficiency in creating or modifying interactions and graphic elements (.PNG, .SVG, video).
7. Experience in publishing SCORM or AICC 1.2 compliant courses.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects with minimal supervision.
9. Provide concise project update reports.
10. Attention to detail and consistency across programs and solutions. A minimum of 4 years' experience in digital and blended training design using Articulate products is required.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related learning field or significant relevant experience. Preference for degrees in Organizational Learning, Training, and Development.
