Job Overview

The Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy (BERA) leads UNDP's strategic relationships and partnerships. The Philanthropy Team within BERA focuses on collaborations with foundations, donor groups, and high-net-worth individuals to achieve sustainable development outcomes. We seek an experienced Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Specialist to manage impact-oriented reporting of these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain monitoring systems and tools for philanthropic partnerships.
  • Track partnership activities, including financial and programmatic results.
  • Create and monitor KPIs and data collection instruments.
  • Coordinate reporting templates and ensure alignment with UNDP frameworks.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to annual and mid-year reviews.
  • Prepare analytical reports and support proposal development.
  • Coordinate the preparation of narrative and results-based reports for partners.
  • Develop visibility and communication materials to showcase partnership impacts.
  • Contribute to evaluations and knowledge management to capture lessons learned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective reporting and learning processes.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in International Development, Public Administration, Economics, Political Science, or related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in donor reporting, data analysis, and results-based management frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CRM, grants management systems, and data reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).
  • Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
