Belmont Libraries seeks a Learning Spaces and Outreach Coordinator to enhance student engagement, learning, and success by connecting library spaces, programs, services, and communications. Under the director of the University Librarian, this position serves as the primary coordinator for library learning spaces and events, develops outreach and marketing initiatives that promote awareness and use of library resources, manages the library's social media presence, and assesses the effectiveness of library spaces, programs, and outreach efforts. Working collaboratively with library colleagues and campus partners, the Learning Spaces and Outreach Coordinator helps create welcoming, student-centered environments and experiences that support academic success, belonging, and community engagement.

Technical, Computer, and Software Skills: Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic databases and software.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations. Ability to thrive in an environment of hard work.
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience successfully managing projects is required. Supervisory experience with direct subordinates is strongly preferred.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
