Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Communications, or related field with library experience.
• MLS degree is required or preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Verde Valley library and tutoring staff and daily operations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Coordinate information services and staffing for desks and support.
• Oversee budgets and reporting for library and tutoring services.
• Support technology training and AI tool adoption across the center.
• Coordinate VR classes and podcasting space operations.
