Qualifications

• BA or BS degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years in portfolio/product management, product development, sales, marketing, or other relevant management role.
• Willingness to travel ~20% of the time.
• Ability to develop strategies and compelling business cases.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Ability to articulate vision and strategy to a senior audience.
• Cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a profitable line of content offerings and develop strategic business plans.
• Provide leadership across portfolios and stakeholders.
• Use data to propose market-informed business decisions and mitigate risks.
• Build market mastery to develop business plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Translate priorities into end-to-end development plans with budgets and milestones.
• Direct project teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Foster creativity and collaboration across teams.
• Deliver quality learning experiences to students and instructors.
• Develop relationships with authors, content creators, and adoption decision makers.
• Understand competitors and anticipate activity.
• Test portfolio ideas via focus groups, advisory boards, and customer meetings.
• Analyze portfolio plans to forecast progress toward goals.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive adoptions.
• Collaborate with Learning Design, Content Production, Marketing, Sales, and others.
• Create needs-based discipline, course, and content positioning for campaigns.
