Learning Platform Experience Designer The Opportunity: As a Learning Platform Experience Designer, you'll support learning technology and digital transformation enterprise workforce modernization initiatives across government clients. In this role, you will design, configure, implement, integrate, and optimize cloud‑based Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS) that improve workforce readiness, employee development, and organizational performance. You will work directly with stakeholders, product owners, system administrators, and end users to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Leveraging low‑code/no‑code platforms, SaaS technologies, workflow automation tools, and modern cloud architectures, you will lead system implementations from requirements gathering through deployment, testing, user adoption, and operational sustainment.
