Learning Specialist

The Opportunity: Provide strategic and tactical advice and develop learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies, including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Apply advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and may supervise team members.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience providing technical troubleshooting, operations, or implementation expertise for SaaS and cloud-based platforms or products
• 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training and instructional materials for cloud-based platforms and products
• Experience with data analysis and documentation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements to cloud-based platforms and products
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
