Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Junior, senior, or graduate-level student.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 (3.0 preferred).
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for ~12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support training initiatives to enhance employee performance and business results.
• Prepare and deliver a 30-60 minute teach-back session with a facilitator.
• Assist in preparing and facilitating a live training session for employees.
• Support the development of new e-learning content with guidance from instructional design professionals.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and lead portions of discussions and activities.
• Update training materials, participant guides, and decks.
• Analyze training evaluation data and prepare reports to support learning effectiveness.
• Meet with business partners to understand learning and development needs across the organization.
• Gain exposure to quality processes through shadowing opportunities and team collaboration.
• Support learning operations activities, including LMS administration and virtual training support.
