Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking an Assessment Specialist to lead the acquisition and analysis of learning outcomes data.

You will work with academic and organizational leaders across the institution to drive continuous improvement and integrity of data used for accreditation and program evaluation. The role requires 2–3 years in higher education, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with data tools (Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of related work experience in higher education preferred.
• Experience with assessment and program evaluation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Aggregate, analyze and interpret outcome results to support continuous improvement.
• Facilitate use of learning and program outcomes data with leaders and faculty.
• Partner with stakeholders to convert ideas into actionable projects.
• Collaborate on learning outcomes assessment plans.
• Support accreditation efforts through assessment cycles and documentation.
• Influence data-driven culture by implementing assessment initiatives.
• Apply ethical data practices in collection and analysis.
• Develop tools and templates to improve assessment processes.
• Evaluate assessment instruments and practices.
• Represent assessment expertise on teams and committees.
• Share best practices in assessment and act as consultant.
