Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Learning Operations & Execution Specialist to manage learning programs, analytics, and stakeholder support in Dallas. The role drives end-to-end learning delivery, LMS governance, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs and instructional designers.

The candidate will build dashboards, monitor roadmaps, analyze data for program effectiveness, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to raise learning impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Talent Management or L&D roles.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and learning systems.
• Ability to work with HR clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end learning operations aligned with business priorities.
• Manage LMS governance, data integrity, and compliance.
• Lead onboarding and certification workflows.
• Coordinate training deployments with vendors and programs.
• Develop learning analytics dashboards and executive reports.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to align training needs and drive adoption.
