The Learning Experience Designer (LXD) plays a critical role in improving partner and customer capability, confidence and product adoption through exceptional learning experiences. Working as part of the Training & Support team, you will lead and drive the end to end learning experience from learner research and discovery through to design evaluation and continuous improvement ensuring learning evolves alongside our software and our user needs. You’ll translate subject matter expert (SME) authored content into engaging, learner-centred experiences that make technical concepts simple, accessible and easy to apply. Working closely with the Head of Partner and Customer Enablement, Partner and Customer Enablement Leads, Product teams, Clinical Leads, Partnership teams and our Learning Platform Specialist, you’ll design scalable learning solutions that support onboarding, product adoption and ongoing capability development. Success in this role means creating learning experiences that measurably improve learner confidence, customer adoption and organisation outcomes, while establishing high standards for learning quality, governance and continuous improvement across our learning ecosystem. Peek’s staff are distributed internationally around the globe and our customers and software users operate and deliver programmes in multiple countries. Travel to programmes using Peek in different countries will be part of the role (in line with Peek’s Travel Safety Policy).
