Job summary

Nebius Academy, powered by TripleTen, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team and develop courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs into scalable learning experiences and collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs.

Responsibilities include building Skill Trees, mapping outcomes, creating content, briefs for designers, and workshops. This is a remote, full-time contract with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in instructional design/LE design roles.
  • Experience applying modern learning design models and frameworks.
  • Experience mapping learning outcomes and skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of new B2B courses with PMs/SMEs.
  • Build course Skill Trees and learning outcomes mapping.
  • Create content, exercises, assessments, and learning aids.
  • Prepare briefs for designers and editors, and facilitator materials.
  • Analyze client learning needs and align with business goals.
  • Customize activities and curricula for different roles.

Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen ) provides assessments and training for tech companies and aspiring professionals worldwide, helping companies & individuals transform their lives through career development and acquiring the new skills needed as a tech professional. Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech-forward companies level up their employees' skills and drive innovation. We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to join our B2B Curriculum team and develop courses for corporate clients. You will turn client needs and subject-matter expertise into practical, scalable learning experiences and continuously improve them using learner feedback and expert recommendations. This is a full-time remote contract position.

After the Online Introductory Call, candidates will be required to complete a test assignment.

What you will do
  • Own the end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from learning needs analysis and high-level design to final course documentation, in collaboration with Product Managers and subject-matter experts.
  • Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across the course, modules, and individual lessons.
  • Create educational content, practice exercises, assessments, and learning aids based on materials provided by subject-matter experts.
  • Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, and develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops, seminars, and other live formats.
  • Analyze each client’s learning needs, business goals, workflows, tools, operational constraints, and learner profiles together with Product Managers and client stakeholders.
  • Customize learning activities, case studies, learning paths, curriculum structure, and schedules to reflect authentic client tasks and the needs of different roles.
  • Continuously improve the learning experience by auditing cognitive load, motivation, difficulty, and alignment with learning outcomes; use learner feedback and expert recommendations to update content and maintain an improvement backlog.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Learning Content Developer, Program Designer, or in a comparable role.
  • Proven experience applying modern learning experience design models, methodologies, and frameworks to the development of complex skills.
  • Experience structuring end-to-end learning experiences, including building Skill Trees and Learning Journey Maps and mapping learning outcomes.
  • Ability to create different forms of educational content, including long reads, projects, practice tasks, infographics, and other learning aids.
  • Experience designing and integrating skills and knowledge assessments into a course.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Nice to have
  • Hands‑on experience with tools such as Figma, HeyGen, or Supademo.
  • Experience adapting curricula for B2B clients based on their business goals, workflows, learner profiles, and operational constraints.
