Job summary

Town & Country Federal Credit Union is seeking a Learning Specialist in Scarborough, ME to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning experiences that support individual development and organizational goals.

You will manage both in-person and virtual programs, conduct needs assessments, and maintain the LMS while collaborating with subject matter experts to keep content current and effective. Three to five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience in learning and development.
• A bachelor’s degree or industry-recognized certifications equivalent to a bachelor’s.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate learning programs for employees at all levels.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop engaging materials with SMEs.
• Prepare instructional materials and coordinate logistics for trainings.
• Maintain and enhance learning programs and course offerings.
• Administer the LMS, create reports, and maximize system utilization.
• Evaluate external learning resources and opportunities to stay current.
