MacMore LLC in Washington, DC seeks a full-time Learning & Engagement Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration's Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS). The role centers on leading learning initiatives, coordinating instructional design, and managing training administration.

You will update learning products to reflect policy, processes, systems, and technology changes, while performing needs assessments, gap analyses, and measuring training

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning and development with 3+ years leading teams/workstreams.
• Target base salary: $150,000.
• Direct learning programs implementation.
• Semiannual gap analysis and curriculum prioritization.
• Delivery and effectiveness assessment of learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning-needs assessment and curriculum planning.
• Coordinate instructional designers, instructors, learning systems and administrators.
• Align learning priorities with operating needs and policy changes.

Lead learning-needs assessment, semiannual gap analysis, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessment.

Coordinate instructional design, acquisition subject matter expertise, learning systems, and training administration.

Keep learning products aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology, and update priorities based on user feedback and performance needs.
