Thornbury Community Services is seeking Support Workers to provide person-centered care in clients' homes across Cambridge and the East of England. You will support individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, helping them set and achieve personal goals, explore hobbies, and participate in community activities.
Flexibility to cover days, nights and weekends is required; we offer bespoke training, competitive pay, and reimbursement for travel.
