Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer to partner with business units to identify learning needs and deliver high-level programs and content. This role sits within Talent, Learning & Development to support organizational needs.

You will design, develop, and roll out learning content, measure effectiveness, and ensure governance compliance while staying current with industry best practices and cutting-edge training techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Intermediates skills with CSOD, LMS, and ADDIE method; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend solutions that meet CBRE learning demands; facilitate updates when needed.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Assure audits, evaluations, and reports that content and programs comply with governance guidelines.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with learning industry trends and best practices; apply to practice.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems with little precedent.
