Job summary

Uline is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to oversee training for its Finance team at Corporate Headquarters. You will expand staff skills and drive performance through onboarding, materials development, and development sessions.

The role includes coordinating newsletters and policy updates, and reporting progress to leadership. Travel to North American locations for auditing and training may be required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and MS Office proficiency is essential.

• Conduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.

• Create, update and maintain department training materials.

• Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.

• Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.

• Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.

• Travel to Uline’s North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
