Job summary

Uline is seeking a Trainer to oversee training and development for its Finance team across North America. You will expand staff skills as the company grows as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.

Responsibilities include onboarding, updating training materials, delivering development sessions, and reporting progress to leadership. Travel to Uline locations is required for auditing and training.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to Uline's North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
