Job summary

Uline, corporate headquarters, is seeking a Learning Development Specialist to oversee training for the Finance team and expand staff skills as we grow as a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.

This on-site role focuses on onboarding, creating and updating training materials, delivering development sessions, and reporting progress to leadership while supporting tuition assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel to North American locations for auditing and training as needed.
