Job summary

Golden Entertainment LLC seeks a Learning Development Specialist to support daily HR operations by delivering effective new hire orientations, leadership training, and development programs. You will reinforce company culture, improve team member performance, and support operational excellence through engaging learning experiences for team members and leaders.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and hands-on experience with training design, leadership development, and performance

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Training and Development experience in gaming or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and development programs.
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and maintaining records.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in gaming and HR.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver new hire orientations, leadership training, and professional development programs.
  • Create training materials and internal communications to support HR initiatives.
  • Maintain training records and track completions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback, and reporting.
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure consistent delivery of training.
