Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgets, food and equipment purchases, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Communicate regularly with department heads to resolve issues and align initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including gaming-related controls.
