Job summary

igus, Inc. actively seeks a Learning and Development Business Partner to design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding and development programs.

You will partner with business leaders to identify needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning that supports growth and talent development across the organization. The role requires creating training materials, facilitating onboarding, and driving program effectiveness with analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business or related field preferred.
• Five+ years in learning and development, onboarding, or talent development.
• Experience creating training materials and e-learning content.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, facilitate, and improve learning programs for onboarding, ops, and development.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and prepare materials, schedules, and resources.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and coordinate stakeholder involvement.
• Implement and evaluate training programs, track participation and outcomes.
• Redesign Train-the-Trainer program and establish standards.
• Create engaging e-learning modules and convert IL content to digital formats.
• Develop internal trainers and coach facilitators to enhance delivery.
• Measure learner engagement and training effectiveness with analytics.
