Job summary

Mountaire Farms is seeking an Learning Lead to execute all Learning initiatives for Operations and Live. The role focuses on delivering the Learning strategy, supporting safety certifications and training, and guiding Learning Specialists to meet goals.

You will oversee curriculum delivery, drive engagement in training, and maintain current materials with measurable outcomes, while upholding safety protocols across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years' relevant work experience.
• Experienced facilitator and instructional designer.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the effective delivery of the curriculum, manage schedules and ensure a smooth delivery of current training within a defined budget.
• Provide direction and support in the execution of Learning deliverables. Encourage and promote training to increase competency and commitment.
• Ensure that all program materials and content are kept updated, enhanced, and relevant. Provide relevant metrics for all Learning initiatives.
• Collaborate on enhancing our Learning brand and offerings, provide feedback regarding participant's reactions and satisfaction.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and standards are met.
