Brown Haven Homes is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to own and scale training across construction, sales, design, finance, and support teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers to create practical, field-based training and 30-60-90 day plans for new hires, with a focus on rapid ramp-up and continuous growth.

You’ll travel across eight markets, build reusable training playbooks, and measure impact through ramp time and retention, driving a high-performance culture and exceptional team

• 3+ years building and delivering training programs across multiple departments or roles.
• Experience designing onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans.
• Strong facilitation and measurement skills.

About the Job

As our Learning & Development Manager, you'll own training and development at Brown Haven Homes. You'll build training plans for every corner of the business. You'll partner with hiring managers to create 30-60-90 day plans that get new team members up to speed. And you'll make sure our people keep growing long after onboarding ends. This isn't a role where you hand out binders. You'll get out in the field, sit with our teams, learn how the work actually gets done, and turn that into training people want to use.

• Build Role-Specific Training Plans. Create clear, practical training for construction, sales, design, finance, and every team in between.
• Own 30-60-90 Day Plans. Partner with hiring managers to have a plan ready for every new hire before their first day.
• Standardize Onboarding Across Markets. Deliver a consistent, high-quality Day 1 and first 90 days no matter which office someone joins.
• Shorten Ramp Time. Help new hires hit their KPIs faster through focused, hands-on training.
• Keep People Growing. Build ongoing development for current team members, from skill refreshers to leadership growth.
• Measure What Matters. Track completion, ramp time, and retention, then use that data to make training better.

Your Competitive Edge:

• Proven L&D Experience. 3+ years building and delivering training programs, ideally across multiple departments or roles.
• Range Across the Business. You've built training for both field and office teams. Construction or homebuilding experience is a big plus.
• Onboarding Know-How. You've designed onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans across multiple departments.
• Strong Facilitator. You're comfortable leading and addressing questions.
• Driven Over Degrees. A bachelor's is preferred, but results and ambition matter more.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable. You pick up new systems quickly. Experience with an LMS, Greenhouse, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Willing to Travel. You're ready to spend time in our markets getting to know the teams you support.
