Job summary

Trader Joe's is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver content for Crew Members. This role is based in our Boston office with travel up to 33% of the year.

The candidate should have 5+ years in training/education and at least 3 years of leadership, plus a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Education. Strong facilitation skills and LMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• At least 5 years in training or educational experience and 3 years of leadership.
• Experience facilitating trainings and confident in public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs and workshops using blended learning to increase engagement and retention.
• Create engaging content and design learning materials.
• Collaborate with departments to develop crew development initiatives across various channels (Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc).
• Evaluate training outcomes and update curricula as needed.
