Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Zero years of related experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person at a Twin Cities location (Shakopee, Chanhassen, or Eden Prairie, MN).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s in business or business administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and implementing new training activities.
• Provide regular updates on project progress by tracking milestones and reporting status to stakeholders.
• Develop training materials such as manuals, quick-reference guides, presentations, and online resources.
• Maintain and organize training content by auditing materials and updating information.
• Gather feedback and revise training content with SMEs to improve learning experiences.
