United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Learning Intern to join the Learning team within People. This 12-week summer 2027 internship focuses on designing, delivering, and improving AI-enabled learning programs for employees, blending instructional design with emerging AI capabilities.

You’ll build AI-assisted content, coordinate sessions and offsites, and analyze data to drive measurable improvements across the learning portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in adult education, HR, organizational psychology, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) with experience building polished slide decks and written materials.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role where you managed multiple concurrent tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to draft, edit, or design content, with the ability to articulate when AI output requires human judgment.
  • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

Responsibilities

  • Build and iterate learning content (presentations, guides, videos, Confluence pages) using AI tools to accelerate development cycles and improve content quality
  • Coordinate and produce instructor-led learning sessions and L&D offsites from scheduling through day-of execution, managing logistics and audience engagement
  • Prototype AI-assisted learning experiences such as adaptive practice exercises, AI-generated scenario simulations, or on-demand skill-building resources
  • Analyze program evaluation and engagement data using AI-assisted methods to surface insights and recommend improvements to learning experiences
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and communication channels, ensuring employees can easily discover and access learning opportunities

This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.

As a Learning Intern on the the company Learning team within the People organization, you'll help design, deliver, and improve the programs that unlock growth for every the company employee. You'll build AI-powered learning content, coordinate high-impact programs, and use data to drive measurable improvements across our learning portfolio, working at the intersection of instructional design and emerging AI capabilities.

Hourly Rate:
