Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) seeks a dedicated LMS Administrator to support the learning management system and keep training records accurate in Goodhue, MN. You will help develop eLearning content and materials while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with SMEs, manage user access, and drive continuous improvement of training programs with strong organizational skills and teamwork. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, user management, and training record accuracy.
• Support the development and updating of eLearning courses, training materials, job aids, and other digital learning resources.
• Monitor training completion data and generate reports to support compliance tracking and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and maintain current training programs.
• Provide LMS support to employees by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting basic system issues.
• Assist with training communications, learner engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement projects by analyzing feedback and participation metrics.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in. Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
