Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Goodhue, MN is seeking a proactive student or recent graduate to join our Business Development team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You will assist with CRM updates, track opportunities, collaborate with the sales team to strengthen client relationships, and learn our products and services to support selling and cross-selling efforts, while working five days a week at KE.

Job Description

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assist with CRM updates, tracking opportunities, and coordinating bid-related meetings.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to strengthen client relationships and contribute to long-term partnerships.
• Research and understand key account decision-makers and business practices to support strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in tracking account and opportunity data.
• Gain a thorough understanding of products and services at KE to support selling and cross-selling efforts.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Problem solving and consultative skills.

Pay Range: $20 - 25/hour
