Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises in Minnesota is seeking an on-site Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to help manage courses, users, and training records while supporting the creation of new eLearning content. You will monitor completion data, generate reports for compliance, and collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training programs current.

This role offers hands-on experience across automation and technology projects within our growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or related field.
• On-site in Goodhue, MN five days/week.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with LMS administration including course assignments, user management, and training records.
• Support development and updating of eLearning courses, training materials, and job aids.
• Monitor training completion data and generate compliance reports.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and maintain current training programs.
• Provide LMS support to employees and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Assist with training communications and learner engagement initiatives.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Job Description

You'll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course assignments, user management, and training record accuracy.
• Support the development and updating of eLearning courses, training materials, job aids, and other digital learning resources.
• Monitor training completion data and generate reports to support compliance tracking and certification requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and maintain current training programs.
• Provide LMS support to employees by answering questions, assisting with navigation, and troubleshooting basic system issues.
• Assist with training communications, learner engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement projects by analyzing feedback and participation metrics.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour
