Job summary

Merakey in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Staff Development Facilitator to lead training programs, professional development, and regulatory compliance support on site.

You will coordinate new hire orientation, maintain CPR/First Aid and safety trainings, work with subject matter experts to develop opportunities, manage training records in the LMS, and evaluate effectiveness. Compensation is $23.00-$26.00 per hour; Shift: 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm, M-F.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in training and development.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.
• Onsite position in Marlton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and annual trainings.
• Maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training.
• Partner with subject matter experts to identify and implement training opportunities.
• Manage training records and LMS to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Provide hands-on support by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering sessions.
• Use virtual platforms and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate across teams to foster a learning culture.
