Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Encourage independence and support activities like housekeeping and laundry.
• Supervise and document observations under the House Manager’s guidance.
