Job summary

Ateeca Inc in Boston, MA seeks an experienced training facilitator to design and deliver instructor-led and blended learning solutions. You will lead engaging sessions, develop leadership development programs, and support DEIB discussions across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in instructional design, strong public speaking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with teams across levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and other sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual learning platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 a plus
