BJC HealthCare is looking for a Learning & Development Analyst! If you are passionate about working behind the scenes in database administration and have strong technical skills, this is a great opportunity!

Ideal candidates will have strong EXCEL skills and be comfortable with relational databases.

This is a remote opportunity; ideal candidates should reside in the Greater St. Louis area.

Role Purpose

Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and directing assigned modules within the Saba Talent Cloud. This includes coordinating upgrades, system enhancements, reporting, and user training, ensuring accurate data capture and proper system utilization. The role involves data analysis, reporting, issue management, and supporting system-wide and local implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex databases and oversee system reporting strategies, including the development of ad hoc reports and dashboards.
• Create metrics for system functionality, improvement opportunities, user needs, and compliance, utilizing analytical technology for in-depth data analysis.
• Lead setup and maintenance of system configuration and master data, designing solutions for end-users.
• Research and lead testing of system integrations, upgrades, and expansions, coordinating schedules and automating processes.
• Maintain security profiles, system maintenance, data audit policies, and user training, leading related projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience
