Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with higher education experience.
• Experience designing interactive learning experiences for online, hybrid, and in-person modalities.
• Pedagogical expertise in discussion-based and liberal arts contexts.
• Strong collaboration with faculty and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support teaching strategies across modalities.
• Coordinate with College Core Curriculum leadership on teaching support needs.
• Create and deliver faculty development workshops and training materials.
• Coordinate, film, produce, and edit Complexities modules.
• Mentor junior staff and help shape assessment policies.
