Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments
• Ability to sign off on technical and/or clinical content
• Proven collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders to create robust content solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and craft measurable learning objectives
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop new or update learning content
• Collaborate with multimedia teams to modify media assets
• Manage content development milestones, risks, reviews, feedback, and QA
• Provide status updates to project teams during implementation and launch
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods for improvements
• Conduct technical/clinical training and sign-offs for Intuitive teams
• Develop and deliver training for Human Factors usability evaluations
• Conduct lab-based skills training for physicians and care teams as needed
