VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a Learning Content Developer to create, coordinate, and maintain learning content for dealer, customer, and employee audiences. You will turn approved concepts into complete assets and learning paths in collaboration with subject matter experts.

The role emphasizes ADDIE-driven analysis/design, production coordination, platform implementation, and ongoing content maintenance across enterprise learning platforms. Strong writing and QA skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field or relevant experience.
• Experience turning approved designs/outlines/storyboards into publishable learning content.
• Collaborating with SMEs to validate technical accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, and quality-assurance skills for learning materials.
• Hands-on experience with learning platforms or CMS/DAM/digital authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning assets for varied audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and working within an established learning strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning assets from approved designs, outlines, and storyboards.
• Partner with SMEs to gather source material and validate technical accuracy.
• Coordinate drafting, production, reviews, approvals, timelines, and handoffs across projects.
• Create digital course content, instructor-led materials, facilitator guides, resources, and knowledge checks.
• Build and maintain content within enterprise learning platforms; manage versions and releases.
• Perform QA for functionality, accessibility, and learner experience.
• Coordinate translations, localization, and multimedia production as needed.
• Track project status and communicate issues affecting delivery.
