Job summary

Mindlance seeks a contingent Learning Content Developer to create and maintain learning content for dealer, customer, and employee audiences. Working with SMEs and following ADDIE, you will turn designs into complete assets and paths.

You will lead development, production coordination, platform implementation, and ongoing content maintenance to ensure high-quality learner experiences across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning and development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing learning content from approved design, outline, or storyboard through publication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts and meet deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, content-production, organization, and quality-assurance skills.
• Hands-on experience with learning platforms, content management systems, or digital authoring tools.
• Ability to translate complex source material into clear learning assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop learning assets from approved designs, outlines, storyboards, and content specifications.
• Partner with subject matter experts to gather source material, close content gaps, and validate accuracy.
• Coordinate drafting, production, reviews, approvals, timelines, and handoffs across projects.
• Create digital course content, instructor-led materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, and knowledge checks.
• Build, upload, configure, test, publish, and maintain content and learning paths within enterprise platforms.
• Manage source files, versions, feedback, approvals, templates, and release documents.
• Perform quality assurance for functionality, formatting, accessibility, technical accuracy, and learner experience.
• Coordinate launch activities, content updates, translation, localization, and multimedia production.
• Track project status, risks, decisions, and inputs; communicate issues impacting delivery.
