Job summary

Alpha seeks Learning Coaches to deliver targeted literacy interventions and guide K-3 students through app-based, AI-assisted core instruction on site. The role emphasizes diagnostics, small-group instruction, and daily objectives across mornings and campus activities.

You will maintain presence with your group through meals and outdoor time, addressing resistance with tailored behavioral strategies and providing weekly progress data to families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with children ages 4-9 in instructional roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted structured-literacy interventions to small groups (2-4 students).
• Support app-based core instruction and diagnose barriers to progress.
• Lead morning routines, workshops, meals, and reflections with students.
• Motivate students toward weekly application goals using incentives and gamification.
• Remain with student groups from opening to dismissal and address behaviors with individualized approaches.
