Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in Campbell, CA is hiring a Learning Center Manager. This full-time, in-person role leads daily operations, guides student progress, and enhances family experience across a Bay Area center.

You will recruit and train tutors, manage scheduling, coordinate resources, and partner with local schools to drive enrollment.

Growth path from Center Manager to Regional Director, with HQ support and a tangible impact on student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with students and families.
• Monitor student progress and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate tutors, classrooms, and learning resources.
• Manage daily center operations and scheduling.
• Support local marketing events and school partnerships.
• Help convert trial students into long-term enrollments.
• Represent Think Zone within the local community.
• Recruit, train, and support tutors with HQ guidance.
• Foster a positive and accountable team culture.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
