Think Zone Learning Center in Campbell, CA is seeking a Learning Center Manager to lead daily operations, growth, and family experience for a K-8 focused math center. This full-time, in-person role partners with families, tutors, and HQ to drive center success.

You will oversee student progress, center operations, and community engagement, with opportunities for career advancement into regional leadership. Competitive compensation includes base pay, commission, and performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and family experience for the Think Zone center.
• Manage scheduling, tutors, classrooms, and resources.
• Support local marketing events and school partnerships to grow enrollments.
• Recruit, train, and coach tutors with HQ guidance and maintain a positive team culture.
