Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center is hiring a Tutoring Center Manager to lead our Redwood City learning center, oversee daily operations, and guide a team of tutors. You will build strong relationships with families and students, drive enrollment, and partner with HQ to achieve growth targets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, customer experience, and growing a center through local community outreach. Training is provided, with clear paths to regional roles as you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students in education, tutoring, teaching, or similar setting.
• Strong spoken and written English; confident communication with parents, students and tutors.
• Open to learning sales skills; training provided.
• Availability for full schedule listed, in person in Redwood City, CA.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, scheduling, classrooms, and learning resources.
• Onboard, schedule, and support a team of tutors.
• Build relationships with students and families; communicate progress and enrollment opportunities.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and referral initiatives; manage growth goals.
• Collaborate with Center Managers and HQ teams for support.
