Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Learning Center Manager to lead daily operations, support a team of tutors, and drive enrollment and family engagement. The role focuses on building a strong center culture and delivering a high-quality math enrichment experience for K–8 students.

You’ll coordinate schedules, mentor staff, and partner with families to ensure student success. This onsite role offers base pay plus enrollment commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Foundational K–8 math knowledge and confidence discussing elementary and middle school math concepts.
• Relevant experience in education, tutoring, student support, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and coworkers.
• Organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn center operations, enrollment processes, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate and support tutors to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Lead onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day team coordination.
• Foster a collaborative, welcoming, student-focused center culture.
• Serve as primary contact for families and communicate progress and needs.
• Manage center activities, enrollment growth, and community outreach.
