Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Foundational K–8 math knowledge and ability to discuss elementary/middle school concepts.
• Experience in education, tutoring, student support, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and build relationships with students, parents, and the team.
• Lead and support tutors, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination.
• Drive enrollment, retention, and family engagement while maintaining a welcoming learning environment.
