Think Zone Learning Center in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Learning Center Manager to lead our Redwood City site’s education and operations. This role oversees daily operations, builds a strong tutoring team, maintains a positive learning environment, and drives student enrollment and engagement.

You’ll coordinate tutors, manage enrollment, and communicate with families, with opportunities to advance leadership responsibilities as the center grows.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Foundational K–8 math knowledge and ability to discuss math concepts.
• Experience in education, tutoring, student support, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Organized, dependable, proactive, and able to take ownership.
• Willingness to learn center operations and enrollment processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily center operations, scheduling, and administrative processes.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and your team.
• Lead and support tutors, onboarding, and day-to-day coordination.
• Foster a collaborative, welcoming, student-focused center culture.
• Manage center growth, enrollment, retention, and community outreach.
